Yes. Callers can select specific services and staff and confirm prices before booking. IsOn24 books only open slots, so there is no double booking.
Yes. Callers can ask for a specific stylist, or say anyone is fine, and IsOn24 finds the earliest open time that matches. For example, "I'd like Maria, but whoever is free soonest is fine."
Yes. IsOn24 follows your Square Appointments online booking settings. Services or staff you don't offer for online booking, such as consultation-only services or a stylist who is still training, are not offered to callers either.
Yes. Clients can call to cancel or reschedule, and IsOn24 updates the appointment in Square Appointments automatically, so the old time slot opens up for other clients.
Yes. IsOn24 tells callers about your cancellation policy and rules, such as how much notice you need or any fees that apply.
No. IsOn24 confirms the service price with the caller before booking, but it does not take deposits, collect card details, or take part in any payment workflow. If a service needs a deposit or a card on file, keep it bookable online through Square, where clients can pay.
No. IsOn24 can send text reminders, but because Square Appointments already sends reminders for your bookings, IsOn24 leaves reminders to Square, so clients don't receive duplicates.

Just want to say the IsOn24 system you all built is quite beautiful. The genuineness of the ai voices, the fluid conversational response capability, its accuracy in booking appointments, all of it. Just awesome. All the way down to the details of text messages getting sent out after appointments are booked for both parties, confirmation texts sent out to consumer and to the service provider. And if consumer leaves a voicemail the ison24 system sends out immediate email with the recorded voicemail to the service provider so the service provider can follow up swiftly. This is fantastic!

To me this software feels like having a live personal secretary 24x7, that decides if I am needed, finds me anywhere I might be and then relays back my responses to my customers. But it's actually much better because I only have to push two buttons.
The customer service is outstanding. The team is very responsive, professional and eager to make enhancements. They provide great training, and are always willing to prioritize you and your requests as long as they’re within reason. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and always answers every single one of our questions with full details. The AI Voice System is also easy to use, customizable to your needs and has saved us a lot of time. Similarly with the reservation system. It’s a user-friendly interface and has saved us a great amount of time. The reservation system is integrated into our website and is super easy for our customers to use.
