Zapier lets you connect IsOn24 to 2,000+ other web services. For example, when IsOn24 answers a call (trigger), you can log the call with the caller information to a Google spreadsheet (action) using Zapier.
Each Zap has one app, the **Trigger**, where your information comes from and which causes one or more **Actions** in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.
How do I connect IsOn24 to Zapier?
- Log in to your Zapier account or create a new account.
- Navigate to "My Apps" from the top menu bar.
- Now click on "Connect a new account..." and search for "IsOn24"
- Use your credentials to connect your IsOn24 account to Zapier.
