Just want to say the IsOn24 system you all built is quite beautiful. The genuineness of the ai voices, the fluid conversational response capability, its accuracy in booking appointments, all of it. Just awesome. All the way down to the details of text messages getting sent out after appointments are booked for both parties, confirmation texts sent out to consumer and to the service provider. And if consumer leaves a voicemail the ison24 system sends out immediate email with the recorded voicemail to the service provider so the service provider can follow up swiftly. This is fantastic!
