Cancellation and Refund Policy - Samvadi LLC

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to the use of this and other websites owned and operated by Samvadi (“Websites”) and communication services provided by Samvadi (“Services”) by individuals who visit our Websites (“Visitors”), individuals and companies who register to use our Services (“Customers”), and end-customers of our Customers (“Patrons”). The Cancellation and Refund Policy herein provides information and policies with respect to each type of user and use described above.

Please note that the following document will use the terms 'Samvadi LLC' and 'IsOn24' interchangeably.

We follow a reliable refund policy to have an honest and transparent association with our subscribers. Please read the guidelines governing the refund and cancellation policy.

1. If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least seven days before the end of your term via any of the following methods:

a. Email to care@ison24.com

b. Selecting 'Cancel Account' from within the IsOn24 application.

2. Upon cancellation, we will free your IsOn24 phone number and your data as per our privacy policy. Since the deletion of all data is final, please be sure you want to cancel your account before doing so.

3. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each term - monthly or annually.

4. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription level at any time during your usage. In case of an upgrade, we will prorate additional charges as applicable. However, in case of a downgrade, the lower charges will be effective only from the next term. IsOn24 does not prorate any refund for the remaining term—monthly or annually.

5. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term.

6. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the IsOn24 service(s) for any reason without notice.

7. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, IsOn24 may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance, or investigation, or otherwise forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services we offer.

8. Note: IsOn24 offers no refunds, even if you cancel a plan mid-month.

3-Day No Obligation Cancellation

IsOn24 offers SaaS service to businesses under a 3-day no-obligation cancellation policy. The no-obligation cancellation begins immediately upon account activation and only applies to new subscribers, not existing subscribers with a subscription plan. IsOn24 will also not honor a free trial period for subscribers who were once paying subscribers, canceled, and then decided to restore their subscription to IsOn24.

Potential subscribers can cancel their accounts any time during the 3-day period, and IsOn24 will fully refund their subscription payment.

Monthly and Annual Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

IsOn24 charges and collects in advance for the use of its service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a subscriber selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, IsOn24 will begin a new subscription and immediately charge for the first payment.

All subscriptions, monthly and annually, renew automatically on their due renewal date according to the date of purchase until officially canceled in writing. Subscribers may cancel anytime by : 

a. Email to care@ison24.com

b. Selecting 'Cancel Account' from within the IsOn24 application.

Subscribers will receive an email from IsOn24 confirming that their subscription to the IsOn24 service has been canceled.

Important: Upon cancellation, subscribers will not receive refunds or credits for partial months or years of service.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the subscriber is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

The fees that IsOn24 charges for monthly or yearly services exclude any other phone and Internet access charges and other data transmission charges. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the subscriber's agreement with the payment method provider. Please note that these charges are the subscriber's responsibility.

Subscribers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the IsOn24 services anytime by -

a. Email to care@ison24.com

b. Selecting 'Cancel Account' from within the IsOn24 application.

In case of an upgrade, we will prorate additional charges as applicable. However, in case of a downgrade, the lower charges will be effective only from the next term. IsOn24 does not prorate any refund for the remaining term—monthly or annually.

IsOn24 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription to its services. If IsOn24 refuses a new or renewed subscription/membership, registrants will be offered a refund on a pro-rata basis of the pending days in the subscription plan bought.

Unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials, the above policies apply to all the IsOn24 services listed on IsOn24.com.
